What happens if I can’t make the online course?

You can substitute other members of your team right to the last day, as long as you notify the trainer by email of this change by 8am on the day. If you’re unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances on the day and can’t make the course and have no one else you can substitute, you will be given a voucher code to join an online course within 12 months.
